Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern access to AgentUX, an invite-only design-reference catalogue operated by Yamparala Rahul. By accessing or using AgentUX, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and access

You must be at least 18 years old and located in India to use AgentUX. Access is limited to invited users. An invitation does not create a right to continued access, and it may not be sold, transferred, or shared.

3. Accounts

Keep your sign-in credentials and upload tokens confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Account permissions may vary by role. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, use another member's identity, or access data outside the permissions granted to you.

4. The service

AgentUX lets authorized members collect, organize, search, and discuss product-design references such as screenshots, videos, links, and prototypes. Features may change as the service is developed. AgentUX is not a backup or permanent archival service; retain independent copies of important material.

5. Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of content you create and have the right to use. You grant AgentUX a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, copy, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service for authorized users.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload or share material, including screenshots, trademarks, copyrighted works, personal information, and links to third-party content. Do not treat access to AgentUX as proof that material is cleared for publication or commercial use.

6. Community guidelines

Do not use AgentUX to upload, create, or distribute:

• Illegal, fraudulent, threatening, hateful, or harassing material.
• Sexual content involving minors or content that exploits or endangers any person.
• Private or confidential information shared without authorization.
• Material that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
• Malware, malicious links, credential theft, spam, or deceptive content.
• Content intended to bypass security, disrupt the service, or abuse another member.

Use comments and mentions for constructive collaboration. Do not impersonate others, manipulate catalogue records deceptively, or submit knowingly false reports.

7. Reporting, blocking, and moderation

You can report content from within AgentUX or through the Support page. Reports are targeted for review within 48 hours. You can also block abusive members in supported app surfaces.

We may restrict access, remove content, preserve evidence, or take other proportionate action when we reasonably believe these terms, another person's rights, or applicable law have been violated. Repeated or serious violations may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Privacy and account deletion

The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled. You may delete your account through the app or contact support. Account deletion removes your uploaded content from active systems immediately and from backups within 30 days, subject to limited legal and security exceptions.

9. Availability and changes

AgentUX is provided on an "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device. We will use reasonable care when operating the service.

10. Responsibility and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yamparala Rahul is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of AgentUX, loss of content, third-party material, or service interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction in Karnataka, India.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when AgentUX or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable way. Continuing to use AgentUX after updated terms take effect means you accept the updated terms.
