This policy explains what AgentUX collects, why it is needed, and how you can access, correct, or delete your information.

1. Scope and operator
AgentUX is an invite-only design-reference catalogue operated by Yamparala Rahul, an individual based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. This policy applies to the AgentUX iOS app and the website at agentux.hirahul.xyz.
AgentUX is intended only for people aged 18 or older and is currently offered to invited users in India.
2. Data we collect
Account information
We process your email address, authentication session, role, and account permissions so you can sign in and use features available to your account.
Content and collaboration data
We process content you choose to add or create, including screenshots, photos, videos, links, prototypes, comments, mentions, annotations, bookmarks, and related catalogue metadata. Notifications and moderation reports may include references to this content and your account.
Support and security information
If you contact us, we process the information in your message. Our infrastructure providers may process basic technical logs, such as IP address, request time, browser or device details, and error information, to deliver and secure the service.
We do not use advertising, behavioural analytics, location, contacts, payment information, or cross-app tracking.
3. How we use data
- Authenticate invited users and maintain account sessions.
- Store, organize, search, display, and share catalogue content with authorized users.
- Support comments, mentions, bookmarks, notifications, uploads, and moderation.
- Protect accounts, investigate abuse, and maintain service reliability.
- Answer support, privacy, and account-deletion requests.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
We process personal data only for specified lawful purposes, based on your consent or another basis permitted by applicable law. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention and deletion
We retain account information and catalogue content while your account is active or while it is needed to provide AgentUX. When your account is deleted, personal data and uploaded content are removed from active systems immediately. Backup copies are removed within 30 days.
We may retain limited records for longer when required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, resolve disputes, or protect the security of AgentUX. Any retained information is limited to that purpose and is not used for advertising.
6. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access a summary of your personal data, correct inaccurate information, erase your account and content, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance about how your data is handled.
You can request account deletion from Profile > Account management in the iOS app or email Yamparalamedia@gmail.com. We may ask you to verify control of the account before acting on a request.
7. Security
We use access controls, authenticated sessions, encrypted network connections, and backend authorization rules designed to protect AgentUX data. No system is completely secure, so please report suspected unauthorized access promptly and do not send passwords or secret tokens by email.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when AgentUX, its providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the latest version. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable way before they take effect where required.
